To Enter Data Into Fields:

• Click in a field to insert the mouse cursor

• Use the Tab key to move forward through fields

• Use Shift + Tab to move backward through fields

To Select Radio Buttons:

• Use the mouse to click on the radio button

          OR

Use the keyboard to Tab into a radio button and use the right and left arrow keys to select desired value

To Display Search Results:

Once all required information has been entered:

• Use the mouse to click the Search button

          OR

Press the Enter key on the keyboard

To Print Search Results:

Use one of the following options:

• Click the right mouse button and select Print

• Simultaneously press the Ctrl + Tab + P keys

• Simultaneously press the Ctrl + P keys

To go Back a screen:

Use one of the following options:

• Click the right mouse button and select Back

• Press the Backspace key

• Click Back on the black toolbar

• Click the browser's Back button

To Return to the Query Screen:

• Click the New [type of] Search link, located to the left above the results list.  For example, click the New Criminal Search link.

Using the Make Payment Button:

• The Make Payment Button currently is only available for making full payments on Administrative Traffic E-Citations cases in Cass County. If the Make Payment button exists and you receive the 'Invalid Request' error, you are on a case that at this time cannot be processed thru an online payment.

  
   

Making a credit card payment:

• Search for your case, when you find it, press the Make Payment button in the upper right corner.

  
   

• The next screen will explain the total amount owed, credit card types accepted, and clarification on paying the fine. To continue with paying the fine, press the Submit button.

  
   

• Enter the required information into all the fields with the red asterisk and then click the Submit button to process the payment via your credit card.
